EOS Holding has governing bodies corresponding to its ‘twinned’ structure in which the public authorities have a role to play alongside corporate economic responsibility towards shareholders.
The purpose is twofold: an unconditional commitment to public service and sound management of the company measured by economic efficiency and market performance.
EOS Holding therefore has :
- a Board of Directors based on the principles of corporate governance, comprising an executive committee, an audit committee and a nomination and remuneration committee
- a Board of Authorities, as guarantor of the public interest
